4.1 Process principle
The construction technology of dry hanging clay panel curtain wall is to pre use CAD software to draw layout and grid diagrams, and the factory mechanically processes and cuts them into shape, using a steel keel hanging installation system; On the construction site, embedded parts are installed on the main structure, and the vertical keel is connected and fixed to the embedded parts through corner code experts. The angle steel crossbeam is fixed to the vertical keel through welding connection, and the clay plate is fixed to the crossbeam through hanging parts. Flexible insulation gaskets are used to separate the hanging parts from the crossbeam, and weather resistant adhesive is used to fix the hanging parts and clay plates.
4.2 Basic System Structure
The basic structure of the curtain wall keel and clay board involved in this construction method is shown in Figure 4.1.
